The year begins with a major update, introducing significant improvements across the ecosystem. The revamped Match2Pay interface offers a cleaner, more intuitive way to manage finances. We’ve also broadened our crypto offerings, adding support for more digital assets. Match-Trader now features enhanced data organisation tools for easier sorting, filtering and searching. The prop trading module gains new capabilities, and advanced account management features provide brokers and traders with greater oversight. Together, these updates create a more streamlined and powerful trading experience.
More Intuitive Crypto Dashboard
The Match2Pay dashboard has been redesigned for a more intuitive, user-friendly experience, now resembling a cryptocurrency wallet for simpler platform usage.
The introduced changes allow users to:
- Top up their balance directly from the dashboard via a selected crypto gateway.
- Make easy withdrawals from the specified balances to external crypto addresses.
Two separate tabs have been added to facilitate transaction tracking:
- Cryptocurrency transactions and generated crypto addresses.
- Transactions processed through external PSPs.
The “Balance” tab now includes new analytical features:
- A pie chart visualising the percentage distribution of the Match2Pay balance across different currencies.
- A line graph displaying balance trends over the past 30 days for a selected currency.
Benefits:
- Simplified operation: The modern interface enhances usability, making the platform especially convenient for crypto users.
- Full financial control: Users can quickly top up their balance and process withdrawals without extra tools.
- Better data organisation: Transaction categorisation by payment method simplifies both analysis and review.
- Instant analytics access: Charts in the “Balance” tab help monitor balances and changes over time for financial planning.
- Time savings: All key functions and data are centralised in one place, minimising the need for external applications.
Platform Logs: Filtering and Sorting by Timestamp
The GET /v1/platform-logs endpoint now supports filtering and sorting logs by timestamp. This enables users to manage log data more efficiently by reviewing them in the correct order and narrowing results to a specific timeframe.
Benefits:
- Simplified log management: Timestamp-based filtering and sorting helps find relevant events faster, making analysis more effective.
- More precise results: Users can define the exact timeframe for logs, refine searches and speed up data retrieval.

- Improved accessibility: New endpoints enable full integration with Broker-API, enhancing accessibility and flexibility in managing competitions.
- Easier data handling: Users can effortlessly retrieve, create and update information about competitions and accounts within these competitions, increasing operational efficiency.
GRPC Stream for Prop Events
We’ve introduced a new API based on the gRPC protocol, enabling real-time notifications for key events within the prop system. This update streamlines integration with the prop backend, allowing users to access all necessary data to build their own “Client Office” without relying on REST endpoints.
- New prop accounts—stream for newly created accounts.
- Loss limit updates—stream for tracking changes in max loss and max daily loss parameters.
- Account status changes—stream for providing updates on account statuses (e.g., Created not paid, Active, Active Funded, Failed).
- Evaluation status updates—stream for reports on loss limits, profit targets, open trades and more.
- Challenge parameter changes—stream for modifications to challenge parameters such as max loss, profit target, max daily loss, trading period, etc.
- Phase transition requests—stream for notifying when users move to the next phase.
Benefits:
- Simple integration: gRPC streams remove the need for manual interactions with REST endpoints, simplifying data management and integration.
- High performance and scalability: gRPC protocol outperforms traditional REST solutions, making it ideal for handling large volumes of clients and events.
Failed Account Exclusion in Competitions
We’ve enhanced the Competition section with a new functionality, allowing for the automatic exclusion of accounts that exceeded certain limits (Max Loss, Max Daily Loss) from tournament participation. Prop firms can now set a rule that only accounts that have not “failed” are included in rankings and eligible for prizes. To support this, we’ve added a new Exclude Failed Accounts parameter, which enables this option in the tournament settings. When the parameter is set to true, the system automatically ignores “failed” accounts when calculating rankings and awarding prizes.
Benefits:
- Flexible option selection: Firms can decide whether to exclude failed accounts from the tournament, which allows them to tailor tournament rules to their specific needs and preferences, increasing the flexibility of competition management.
Global Search Override
A Global Search mechanism that overrides existing filters and searches across key tabs: Clients, Leads, Trading Accounts, Deposits and Withdrawals has been added, enabling users to prioritise global searches over column filters. This makes data retrieval faster and more effective.
Benefits:
- Simplified navigation: Users can perform quicker, more comprehensive data searches without manually adjusting column filters.
- Optimised interactions: Disabling column filters prevents unintended multiple filter applications, reducing unexpected search errors.
Payok, AxePays and 5Pay Integration
We’ve expanded Match2Pay’s external PSP options by adding Payok, AxePays and 5Pay.
Benefits:
- Wider payment options: Merchants can now accept payments through additional PSP payment methods, supporting both cryptocurrency and fiat payments in various global markets.
TRC20 Paylite
Match2Pay Pro clients can now significantly cut transaction processing costs. Users with their own wallet pay 50% less in transaction fees on the TRON (TRC20) network, which is the most widely used blockchain for FX fund transfers. This is a perfect solution for users who don’t want to freeze significant funds in a hot wallet through staking while still aiming to reduce operational costs.
Benefits:
- Clients with their own cryptocurrency wallets can optimise payment processing costs in Match2Pay Pro.
- Unlike staking, merchants don’t need to freeze funds in a hot wallet, meeting the needs of those for whom network fees are the main cost associated with payment processing.
- Clients reduce the costs they would incur with any other crypto wallet provider.
Rest API to Retrieve Callback Body
Clients can now implement handling of a dedicated endpoint to retrieve the details of specific requests for external API integrations.
Benefits:
This solution streamlines automation while speeding up the identification and resolution of potential issues related to status updates within external CRM systems.
Support for BTC ERC20
Match2Pay now supports BTC ERC20, expanding cryptocurrency payment options.
Benefits:
By supporting new tokens, merchants can broaden their client base, enabling payments from users following new market trends.

- Personal data restriction
- Managers without the “Personal Data” permission, can’t see users’ personal data in any application tab.
- Hidden fields aren’t visible in reports and available in searches (including Quick Search).
- Column blocking
- Personal data fields are hidden at the column level in tabs to prevent empty spaces.
- Account creation restrictions
- Managers without “Personal Data” permission can’t create accounts.
- There’s a validation that prevents configuration saving when a Manager has the “Add Account” permission but lacks “Personal Data” permission.
