      MTR-New Bulk assign Account Manager

      New Bulk assign Account Manager mode in our CRM

      In our July release, we introduced yet another change in order to make working with our CRM for Brokers easier. We added the possibility of assigning all accounts/leads simultaneously. Users can do that by using the Bulk assign Account Manager. The new button called Select all takes into account the filters applied to the columns and selects all filtered accounts. When changing the filtering, the records set during the previous filtering are remembered. Moreover, users can add many different accounts from different filters and assign them to the same Account Manager with one click.

      Reports embedded in Bridge Manager

      Detailed hedging, singled trades profitability and closed trades report generation has been moved from Pentaho to Bridge Manager. It is available as export to CSV.

      As a result, reports are built into our application. For the Brokers using it, that means they are faster and more accessible (no need to log into different apps). Bridge Manager is fully developed by Match-Trade’s expert team, so it is stable, and we can easily expand it with new reporting modules.

      Possibility to set the order of payment gateways

      In the Payment Gateways tab (in our CRM for Brokers), it is now possible to set the order of displaying payment gateways in Match-Trader and Client Office applications. Users can change it by dragging & dropping, clicking on the payment gateway and using the Move down or Move up buttons.

      UTC time in the Match-Trader Manager

      In Configuration (in the Match-Trader Manager), we added the Show time in UTC option, which changes all displayed dates, generating reports and filtering scope from device time to UTC.

      Importing KYC documents to CRM

      We added the possibility of importing KYC documents into our CRM.

      This functionality is used to import customer KYC documents from another CRM. In the Actions-KYC tab, we added the Mass document import button. After clicking it, the Broker is redirected to the KYC import page.

      As part of this function, it is also possible to mark all clients for whom KYC has been imported as verified. This may determine the possibility of withdrawals or creating trading accounts. Having this information on hand will support Brokers in their everyday work.

      The supported file formats include PDF, PNG, JPEG, DOC, DOCX, HEIC, and IMG.

      Expanding the mass mailing possibilities in our CRM

      In July, we also developed the mass mailing options in our CRM for Brokers. The Mass Mailing button appeared in Accounts and Leads views. In mass mailing mode, Brokers can select multiple accounts to which the email will be sent. This makes mailing campaigns hassle-free and allows Brokers to reach even more clients.

      What’s more, in the email editing view, the Broker can set the email address from which the message is sent (the address is taken from the branch or custom mailer, defined only for this particular mailing).

      Virtualpay, Bridgerpay and Fasapay deposit integration

      We added three new payment providers for brokers using our Match-Trader and Client Office applications.

      Virtualpay is a credit card & mobile transactions payment provider supporting Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, Discover, American Express, and JCB. Supported currencies for card payments are KES, USD, EUR, GBP and KES, TZS and UGX for mobile payments.

      Bridgerpay is a payment provider that integrates other PSP providers. The choice of a currency depends on the selected integrated provider. For a list of Bridgerpay integrated PSPs, see https://bridgerpay.com/connections.

      Fasapay is a payment provider operating in over 200 countries. It allows users to use many banks without needing a credit card.

      Elevated crypto transactions processing

      In the Match2Pay application, an option to check the most popular processing errors has been added to the cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals. If the request fails, Brokers can click on Show request info and learn more about the problem in processing the request. That will allow them to spot the issue and fix it.

      Improved leads management

      In the Leads view, the Last contact field is visible and updated when the lead status changes. We have extended this functionality, and the date additionally changes after adding a note in the Timeline view of a given lead.

      This is especially important if the lead’s status does not change, but Brokers still want to mark the date of the last contact. While managing a long list of leads, this feature is handy.

      Account Manager column in the Deposits and Withdrawals tabs

      In the Deposits and Withdrawals views, the Account Manager column has been added, in which users can see information about the manager assigned to a given account. This column can be exported along with the rest of the data.

      Improving the Accounts, Leads, Deposits, and Withdrawals tabs in the CRM

      Information about the number of records in a given view has been added to the Accounts, Leads, Deposits, and Withdrawals tabs. This is yet another small change that makes Brokers’ job more manageable.

      More details available to import into our CRM

      It is now possible to include information about the lead source while importing accounts and leads into the CRM. This improvement makes managing the lead base faster. It also allows Brokers to analyse their marketing efforts better. In today’s competitive environment, properly analysing brokerage activities is crucial to the company’s success.

      Improved Roles Management in CRM

      In the Roles Management tab, it is now possible to hide email addresses and telephone numbers. Until now, there was one option to hide both of them at once. Currently, there is a possibility to hide either the one or the other, or both, thanks to which the broker can better adjust the role to its business model.

      Adding the possibility of exporting leads to a CSV file

      In the Leads tab in our CRM for Brokers, an option to download records to CSV appeared. Filters set in the CRM also apply to the downloaded file.

      This small change allows Brokers to download and analyse many lead-related factors easily. In other words, the new feature makes the entire sales process more accessible.

      New and improved leads view in Sales Dashboard in CRM

      In May releases, we’ve changed the way leads are visualised in the Sales Dashboard in CRM app. Now, users can easily see the current stage of any given lead in the Lead stages section on the Sales Dashboard. They can also use a drag and drop function to move leads between the stages.  We’ve divided them into four categories:

      1. New contact
      2. Contacted (leads with statuses: no answer, call back today, call back, in a call, in progress)
      3. Ready to deposit (leads with statuses: hot, in the money)
      4. Need analysis (leads with statuses: not interested, bad managed lead, language barrier, wrong person).

      Only leads assigned to a given account manager or pool management managers are included in this view (the manager is visible on the right). The improved view helps Brokers manage their brokerage business and simplify the sales process. Now, they can effortlessly analyse leads’ statuses and make decisions accordingly.

      IB daily report

      Another new feature in the CRM app is the possibility to send daily reports to IBs and subIBs. The report contains IBs, subIBs, and their clients’ activities.

      Reports are easily configured in the Reports tab by pushing the “Send daily email reports to IBs” button. They are being sent out at 24:00 GMT+0 to every trading account with a set commission template.

      Said reports include:

      • Calculated commissions (with the trading account number, deposit ID, time and charged commission);
      • Clients (with the number of new clients in a given day, their trading account number, email address, and name);
      • subIBs (with the number of new subIBs in a given day, their trading account number, email address, and name).

      New themes in the Client Office

      We added four new themes in our Client Office app, Dark, Space, Fire, and Grass. Changing the theme based on the brand’s colour scheme allows for even greater customisation.

      Upon request, we can add any of the templates to Broker’s Client Office or use a customised template provided by the broker in the CSS file.

      Changes in the Deposit Bonus System

      We changed the way the Deposit Bonus System works. From now on, Brokers can choose whether the bonuses are added to the first deposit only or first and every deposit after that (it applies to the entire account, not different trading accounts).

      We also added the possibility of specifying intervals for which specific bonuses are going to be paid. This option allows the Broker to encourage traders to make even higher deposits, all according to its specific strategy and business goals.

      Possibility to open accounts and requests in a new window

      Another small change that makes working in the CRM app even more smooth and user friendly is adding the possibility of opening accounts and requests’ details in a new window. To do that, right-click on a given row (e.g. account) in the table.

      New Multi Broker access in Match2Pay

      We continue to improve our payments gateway Match2Pay. Therefore, in May, we added a possibility to manage different White Label Trading Platforms by logging into one Match2Pay account. This gives a Broker the ability to monitor its subbrands and White Label Trading Platforms in one place.

      New and better display of transaction summaries in Match2Pay

      We also changed the way transaction summaries are presented. From now on, transactions are divided based on the payment gateway used to make them. The sum of transactions for a given gateway is displayed both in the digital currency of this gateway and in USD.

      Additional digital currencies support in Exchangers

      Another important change in our Match2Pay payment gateway is adding new currencies in Exchangers. Now, Moonpay also supports USDT and TRC20, and Mercuryo supports BUSD and BEP20.

      Vaultspay and Ozow PSPs integrated with Match-Trader 

      In May releases, we’ve integrated Vaultspay and Ozow with our Match-Trader applications. Vaultspay is a payment solutions provider supporting the following currencies: KWD, SAR, USD, GBP, AED, EGP, and EUR, and operating in 180 countries around the world. Ozow is a South African payment provider offering ZAR deposits.

      Considering the wide range of PSPs already integrated with the Match-Trader platform, these new integrations expand their possibilities even further.

      Closed positions and Finance CSV export in Match-Trader

      In our Match-Trader platform, we added a button “Export to CSV” in Closed positions and Finance tabs. This enables Brokers to even better utilise the platform’s reporting features.

      Added information about minimum commission for symbol settings in Match Trader

      In the trading form and detailed view of the symbol, information about the minimum commission (if set) has appeared. Thus, the users immediately know the cost of transactions they are interested in initiating.

      In Match-Trader, Brokers can set a minimum commission for any instrument or group of instruments. That allows them to have even greater control over their business.

      In our April releases, we’ve added a new function in our CRM app through which each Broker’s client has access to an IB Room view (without IB request) and can refer other clients. We can enable auto IB functionality at Broker’s request, and every new user has access to the Partner room and can recommend new clients. We have changed also name to the Partner Room (previously IB Room) to simplify it for customers who are unfamiliar with the IB system.

      Online now status in Match-Trader CRM app for Brokers

      From now on, If the client is currently logged in to Match-Trader or Client Office, Broker sees this information in the Accounts view in the Last online column. If the user is online on the platform, the text “Online now” appears in the column.

      Managing Match2Pay balance in CRM

      We’ve added a slight improvement to our Payment Gateway, thanks to which it is possible to check broker’s balance available in Match2Pay directly from the CRM level and withdraw these funds using digital currency or wire transfer, without the need to log in to the Match2Pay system.

      Redirection to broker’s website for IB links 

      In our April release, we’ve added a slight improvement in our Client office to optimize the customer acquisition process. If the Broker uses our template for the website, he can create a link for the IB that will redirect to the Broker’s website. Thus the client can first get acquainted with the offer. After that, he has 30 days to register through the registration link under the IB who recommended him. 

      Event filtering in Timeline view in CRM 

      A drop-down list with event filters has appeared in the Timeline view (Accounts tab) in our CRM app for Brokers. You can select the type of event of interest, after which only events matching the selected filter will be displayed. 

      Noqodi & Paypound deposits 

      In April releases, we’ve integrated Noqodi & Paypound deposits to our Match2Pay Payment Gateway: 

      • Noqodi is a payment systems provider that offers the possibility of using E-Cash accounts, Credit Card and NetBanking. The supported currency is the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).
      • Paypound is a payment provider operating in many countries worldwide and offering primarily payment methods using Credit Card. Supported currencies are USD, HKD, GBP, JPY, EUR, AUD, CAD, SGD, NZD, TWD, KRW, DKK, TRL, MYR, THB, INR, PHP, CHF, SEK, ILS, ZAR, RUB, NOK, AED, BRL, CLP, PEN, MXN, TND.

      Brand new design for our CRM app 

      We’ve upgraded the design of our Match-Trade CRM app for Brokers. Now it’s more intuitive, user friendly and modern. The update is already available for all our customers. 

      UI optimization in the Match-Trader platform 

      In April, we improved the visibility of some elements in our Match-Trader trading platform, including symbols and the order opening view. The wallet address in the deposit view (QR code) is fully visible (also in the mobile MTR version).

      Balance exchange between FIAT currencies in Match2Pay  

      The ability to convert balance by the broker at the current rate was added to our Match2Pay Payment Gateway. This new improvement is helpful for Brokers who accept cdigital currency deposits and withdrawals in various FIAT currencies. It allows them to control the balance needed for payments to clients or to withdraw funds from the Broker more efficiently.

      Backend internal optimizations

      PrimeXM and OneZero Integration Extension

      We’ve added support for stop and limit orders for Brokers connecting via PrimeXM or OneZero hub. 

      ROI of subscription on follower account in Copy Trading App

      From now on, in our Social Trading App, the followed Managers have information about “My ROI”, which is a ROI (Return on Investment)  for a given subscription from the time the follower started copying the provider.

      Engine routing optimizations 

      We optimized the routing engine for routing to other LPs and internal routing between hedge accounts. The optimization is essential when a broker  needs to open many orders at the same time – orders do not have to wait for execution until the previous ones have been saved to the database.

      In March releases, an option to choose new styles appeared in our Match-Trader platform. Brokers can choose out of 5 skins for their platform or show all of them to the trader and leave the choice simply to the trader.

      Social & Pamm Leaderboard view without a login

      From now on, the Social & Pamm leaderboard view is available without logging into our Match-Trader platform. Redirection to the leaderboard is available on the login screen, and the Broker can also place a direct link on his website. The client can view all Money managers and their statistics, click the follow button, and be automatically redirected to the account registration stage.

      New Cashback system in the CRM app

      A broker, which uses Match-Trade CRM can now set up an automatic cashback to their clients for the turnover they have generated. Two modes of cashback can be set:

      • $ per lot
      • $ per $100k, which is an improved version of $ per lot as it considers the lot’s par value (e.g. 1 lot per BTCUSD has more than two times less par value than 1 lot per USDJPY).

      Cashback is set for trading accounts in a given offer and applies to Match-Trader, MT5 and MT4.

      Social Feed Notifications in Match-Trader

      From now on, every user of our Match-Trader platform receives a notification when the position is opened by the Money Manager. While using the platform, the Trader is notified of a new position, which can be copied via the Social Feed tab. Or Trader can follow the given Money Manager and copy all his positions.

      New columns & filtering options in CRM

      New columns “Last Deposit Date”, “Margin”, “Equity”, “Total Deposit”, and “Total Withdrawal” have been added to the customer account view in our CRM app for Brokers. Filtering by individual columns has been added to facilitate the daily operations for the Broker and their sales and retention team. Brokers can use filters on multiple columns at once or the Search All Columns filter to search for a given expression in all columns.

      An easier switching to CopyTrading view in Match-Trader

      In our Client Office, the “Copy Trading” tab has been moved thus a smooth change between the view of Money managers and trading accounts is possible. Without opening a new tab, users can track information about their subscriptions and Money Managers’ statistics. After switching to the Social Trading view in the Match-Trader platform, the upper bar with information about the trading account is displayed. The deposit button facilitates the payment of new funds when the client decides to complete a given Money Manager.

      Sending the MT4 / MT5 investor’s password when creating a trading account

      The email template can specify the investor password immediately when creating a trading account on MT4/MT5. The broker can use the investor password to manage the account, and when using it, you will only be able to view positions but will not be able to open new ones.

      “Massive lead assignment” functionality

      We’ve added a new function to our CRM application that allows Brokers to assign clients massively to a specific account manager in the Leads and Accounts view. After clicking the “Bulk assign account manager” button, an additional column appears with the option to select multiple accounts. After selecting the accounts, the option to select the account manager appears. It is possible to filter by columns and select clients to assign according to the search criteria.

      The Generate Address option, in addition to the created wallet address, also displays a link to the payment page. The link can be sent directly to the customer for a credit card deposit using integrated exchangers.

      Uploading additional customer data to Stripe in CRM

      If there is information for a given user in the fields: City, Country, Postal Code, State, Email, Name, Phone, it will be sent to Stripe to reduce the deposit rejection rate in our CRM app. Stripe is a global payment method that uses local methods and credit cards.

      Social Feed widget in Match-Trader Platform

      Social Feed widget in Match-Trader Platform

      In order to provide more trade ideas for our clients, we’ve launched a new Social Feed feature for our Match-Trader platform. The Social Feed tab displays information about all the latest positions opened by Money Managers / Social Providers. Opened positions can be copied by each user directly from the tab or a trader can start following the chosen provider. Users will also get instant notifications about new positions, which appear in the tab to make decisions by traders as fast as possible.

      Swagger for the external clients in our CRM 

      For Brokers that want to integrate our Forex CRM solution with their own Client Office ecosystem or another external system, we’ve added Swagger extension to our API. It can be used to share documentation among product managers, testers and developers, but can also be used by various tools to automate API-related processes.

      New registration process – direct Money Manager follow option 

      In February, we created a new registration process for clients who are only interested in Social Trading features where they can directly follow the Money Manager in our Client Office App. Money Manager statistics can be placed on an external site using a special link created in the Admin panel, with the following option. After clicking the registration button, the client is first redirected to registration and then directly to the Money Manager booking form with the possibility of making a deposit. 

      Audit log feature for CRM users 

      We’ve added a new Audit log Tab to our CRM app for Brokers, where all actions performed by a given user are collected in chronological order. Our new Audit log tab has records providing information about who has accessed the CRM and what operations the user performed during a given period. This new feature is useful both for maintaining security and for recovering lost Brokerage transactions

      “Book withdrawals on request” option 

      In order to make our Forex CRM solution more flexible for Brokers,  a new option “Book withdrawals on request” has been added. It can be selected by the broker in the Broker Profile Tab. The withdrawal amount is debited from the client’s account at the time of the order and doesn’t require confirmation by the Broker. 

      New Match-Trader platform chart settings 

      We continue to improve our Match-Trader platform, therefore new settings for the chart were added for all users. From now on, each position on the chart includes a net profit.  We’ve also added the ability to show and hide positions and chart grid, which will certainly attract professional traders to your brokerage business. 

      A French version of the Match-Trader trading platform 

      Now our platform is also available in French.  Apart from it, Match-Trader is already translated to: English, Indian, Russian, Persian, Korean, Arabic, Swedish, Spanish. It can be translated also to any other language upon request

      “Unrealized profit loss” margin calculation method in the Match-Trader 

      We’ve added the new margin counting mode in our Match-Trader forex trading platform. It’s set on a group in QFX Admin and applies to all accounts in a given group. Free margin in this mode is based on equity.

      Optimization of scroll through widget on mobile  Match-Trader 

      We pay high attention to the user experience of our products. Therefore we optimised the scroll through the widget on the mobile version of the Match-Trader platform. Now it is performed smoothly following the movement of the finger while widening and collapsing.

      “Reprocess” button in Withdrawals in CRM 

      From now on, in our Forex CRM solution, when the withdrawal is failed, the “Reprocess” button appears in the extended request view. This small change allows Brokers to re-process (request) the withdrawal. 

      Sales Dashboard – Tasks & History updates in CRM  

      Unread tasks are now bolded like the rest of the dashboard events. Only tasks with the “done” status are transferred to the History (regardless of the start date). 

      New options for showing Notional value in the Match-Trader Manager   

      In February we’ve added some changes in the manager regarding positions. It is possible to check what is the value in USD of the opened positions by the traders. Making it easier for the Broker to check its exposure.

      New payment methods for Match-Trader

      At the beginning of 2022, we’ve added three new payment methods for all users of the Match-Trader trading platform and our Client Office:

      • Help2Pay, to facilitate payments for users in Southeast Asia. It supports the currencies of the hottest markets in Southeast Asia: Malaysia Ringgit (MYR), Thai Baht (THB), Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and Vietnamese Dong (VND). Users of the Match-Trader trading platform will be able to make the necessary transactions directly from their bank accounts.
      • Sanfux, payment gateway for Chinese users
      • And PayU Payment gateway, a global payment solution where you can process local payments in 50+ emerging markets in Asia, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle-East, Africa and Latin America.

      Initial verification of KYC documents by Google Vision AI

      From now on, Our CRM apps have a new document validation module that harnesses the powerful Google Vision AI to detect images and applies it to the request of document verification. An auto pre-check column has been added to KYC requests, where Brokers can see the pre-verification status. Сustomer data is compared between documents in order to find any irregularities. Expiry date from documents is captured in order to set the validity period of the verification.

      TRC-20 Blockchain support in Exchangers

      We’ve added support for the TRON Blockchain network in our Payment processor Match2Pay. Now our clients can purchase TRON based digital currency using Moonpay, Cex or Mercuryo payment solutions. It guarantees low network fees and a high speed of transfer.

      Reprocessing option for unsent emails

      We’ve added reprocessing option for the followed e-mails and control of sent e-mails in our Back Office Apps. All the e-mails sent by the system with their details are available in the Actions tab. The recipient and the sending status can be displayed in the “Mailing” tab and we’ve also added the “Resend failed emails” button so that the Broker can easily resend emails in case of failure.

      Proof of transfer attachment

      A new option to attach the Proof of transfer file was added. In the payment gateway configuration, Brokers can enable or disable the respective function for deposits. It allows traders to add a deposit confirmation file with which Brokers can quickly identify whether the payment has been made to the account.

      A new IB commission calculation method in CRM

      In the January release, we’ve added a Revenue share to our Client office, a new IB commission calculation method. The IB receives a commission based on the loss of the client’s position. Revenue share is calculated on the High Watermark basis – IB doesn’t receive twice the commission for the “same” loss.

      Optional verification of the e-mail address during registration

      In order for the Broker to define the real clients and collect quality data, we’ve added the ability to verify the email address during registration in our Match-Trader trading platform. This will help make email marketing more effective, improve fraud protection, and increase your ability to protect your sender reputation. This option can be enabled or disabled as desired. Also a new verification status “Email not verified” was added.

      IB report statistics added

      Important IB report statistics were added to our CRM app. Various filtering for example by the type of account is available. Also, you can find information on Volume traded by the client, commission paid and a Summary of the results of all IBs and subIBs

      Redirection to all Match-Trade’s apps

      From now on, users can go directly to Match2pay, Social Trading and Bridge Manager (only for MT4 / MT5) from the CRM level. This will make the work of brokers faster and more convenient since there is a direct switch between the applications useful in the brokerage business.

      Push notifications and filtration in Match-Trader

      All users of our Match-Trader trading platform can add notifications per instrument, which can also be turned on / off with the bell icon. The push notifications include calendar and news notifications. In addition, automatic notifications have been inserted when adding an instrument to favourites. We’ve added filtering of news events by currency in the Match-Trader calendar.

      Internal transfer extension in Client Office

      We’ve also added the possibility of transferring funds between clients within one broker on our platform. Each client can now send money to another broker’ client if he knows his trading account number.

      Additional information in IB room

      In our Client Office, we’ve added additional information for the IB room tab. The option to hide demo accounts and subIB / client names in the client tree has been included.
